Recently I haven't been able to add graphics to project on Premiere Rush on iOS

I've been using premiere rush app for over a month, and recently it started giving me trouble to add graphics. I can only do it on the laptop but not on the app. Does anyone know why? I already deleted projects, thinking that it might be space, but still the same.
