Rush 1.5.58 won't start

Hello Adobe,

Sorry but I cannot use Premiere Rush on my laptop since the 1.5.58 version wont start and keeps stuck on the blue spining icon.
When I rollback to the previous version it works but i cannot save and share my video editing since it says I need to upgrade to the new version 

When I run Rush without internet on, it works aswell but the same issue about sharing videos, it is locked.
I tried as well to logout from my account, to start back Rush and to login again, same issue.

I run PR on a windows 10 and a recent and decent laptop

Please help me.
