Question

Rush app iPhone add media track 2

I want to be able to add media B role to track 2 at the play head. I can't seem to figure out how to do that. It sends the media directly to track one wherever it wants no matter where my play head is. So I locked track one and try to add media directly to track 2, but it told me I had to unlock track one, so anybody know what I'm doing wrong or is this just not a feature yet?

Hi @KC Jones Sarasota,

I read your note. I could not reproduce your problem. Can you try resetting preferences? Press Alt/Option at launch and choose to reset preferences. Is it working better now? If not, how about a new project? Let us know. Sorry for the problem.

Thanks,
Kevin

Here’s some screenshots of what I’m talking about. I try to force the B role to go onto the top track where my play hat is but it won't go so I lock the lower track and it tells me it won't put the video there because it's locked. I didn't want it there anyway. So what happens when I unlock track one it lays down the image way down the line instead of where I had Selected on track to you at the beginning of my edit. Does that make sense? You're always welcome to call me (mod note: personal info removed). I teach digital media and I want to start doing weekly post through my Rush app on my phone. I hope we can fix this. Is it supposed to be doing this? It's a huge timesaver if I can make basic edits on the phone and post them have attended adobe Max three years in a row. Thank you so much for your help!
