Rush app iPhone add media track 2

Here’s some screenshots of what I’m talking about. I try to force the B role to go onto the top track where my play hat is but it won't go so I lock the lower track and it tells me it won't put the video there because it's locked. I didn't want it there anyway. So what happens when I unlock track one it lays down the image way down the line instead of where I had Selected on track to you at the beginning of my edit. Does that make sense? You're always welcome to call me (mod note: personal info removed). I teach digital media and I want to start doing weekly post through my Rush app on my phone. I hope we can fix this. Is it supposed to be doing this? It's a huge timesaver if I can make basic edits on the phone and post them have attended adobe Max three years in a row.
