Rush does not download the photos from library

Hello, I'm having a problen as Rush does not let me dowload the photos from libary.

I restarted the computer and relaunched the program, but nothing.

In my pad and mobile the same thing, it says media import error. Unsupported media type. Photos are in jpg .

Please could anyone help, I would be very thankful.

    I assume you're gathering your media as I show you in my Basic Training tutorials.

    If so, where did this JPEG come from? Can you confirm that it is an 8-bit per channel RGB JPEG?

    I'm not even able to open the photo library on my Mac. Pls see the pic, I'm not able to open -Kuvat-kirjasto- which would be Photo -Library in Finnish nor any of the other files you can see in the pic. Kind regards Satu
