Rush Freezes my entire PC

Everything is updated, rush, gpu drivers, all my drivers,

but then rush will freeze my entire PC and i have to hard reset.

WHY???

I know this is about Rush freezing, but does this also happen with Premiere Pro? You might need to consider rolling back a video driver to an earlier version:
