Have a client that wants to use Rush but when she tried to add video to her project the software hangs while preparing media. I checked the other forum posts about this which suggested that a recent patch has fixed the issue but the user is on the most recent version and it's still happening. I've checked and she isn't using any other plugins with the software and her machine meets the system requirements.
Would welcome any insight or advice you can give on how to get her up and running please 🙂
I managed to get this working, I found that the save location in preferences was pointing to a redirected folder. I changed this to a local folder and things started working correctly. Hope this helps someone else!
