Hi, Rush won't connect on my iPad or iPhone, says there is no network, even though all other apps work find and are connected. Can dear tech support please help?
(I tried to get help with your chatbot, but it abruptly ends conversation when saying it will put me in touch with an agent. Bit unnerving have to say...)
Thanks!
I have not heard back from you in quite some time. Are you still having trouble? The warning is likely a bug related to the removal of sync. I will let the team know.
Thanks,
Kevin

Agreed...I have the same problem. on the Your Projects Page in the top right corner it has a white triangle with an exclamation point that says "No network connection. Only projects you have previously opened on this device will be available." I am running version 2.10(1). in Settings, My Account is looked in correctly and it says All files synced on the My account page.
I am connected via Wifi and 4G cellular data and

The culprit is likely to do with sync. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/kb/creative-cloud-files-end-of-life-for-premiere-rush.html.
Can you disable "Use cellular for sync" in Preferences > Settings > Sync Documents? Let us know if it helps. I apologize for the hassle.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin - i am having the same issue with the triangle and no option to sync. The link does not seem to help me...
Can you clarify where the :Use cellular for sync" in Preferences > Settings > Sync Documents is - IOS? within Premiere Rush?

Check the gear icon. The warning can be ignored. It is a remnant of sync being removed. I did tell the team about it.
Thanks,
Kevin

Right, there should no longer be any sync going on. Sync was removed in February. Sorry about that.
Thanks,
Kevin

I am having this issue. I have a Rush project on my iPad. I want to sync to cloud so I can open on another device and work from there.
I only have the triangle saying I have no connection.
How can I resolve this.
I want to be able to access my projects from different devices.

Sync with Creative Cloud is no longer available, @lokimac12. Sorry about that. See this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/kb/creative-cloud-files-end-of-life-for-premiere-rush.html

Thanks for that link Kevin.
I am a Creative Cloud subscriber and am testing out Rush app. I was working on a test Rush project on my Macbook, and switched over to my iPhone to try the editing features there. I wanted to open the test Rush project I had been working on, but see the "no internet connection" message. Adobe killing the Creative Cloud sync makes Rush worthless.
Why does Adobe promote Rush as being an app to "create videos that connect with your audience from wherever you work" when that is not true?
This was a very frustrating test of a new app and I plan on deleting Rush from my devices.
