Rush is getting really better but what about a simple blank text overlay?

I just wanted to add some simple text to a video in a couple of places. I tried to use one of the "templates" and you have to jump through hoops to make it your own and get rid of the animations and such.

Just let me add an overlay where all the text editing tools are on the right and I click on the video window and start typing. and allow us to move the text around rather than moving the overlay.

This would make it more useful for me. I was just trying to create a simple video for Facebook with 3 sequences and some audio. Those were the easy parts. The text overlays were the stumpers
