Rush is not starting completly

I use windows 10

Starting up adobe rush for the first time it loops in the loading sybal and does'nt change any help please

    Hi guys! It is now 2020 and i am having the same problem for the first time. I have been using Rush for some time now and when i now start Premiere Rush the gray window pops up and the blue loop starts. But its looping internaly.. it will not stop and i cant make any new project and other stuff. Please help
