Rush not integrating with Stock on PC version

Using Rush on the PC (1.2.12), in the Titles toolbox (1), the "Stock More Titles" button is greyed out.   It is not greyed out in the iOS version (2).  My account is current and paid.  I've deleted and reinstalled the  PC version.   I've restarted the computer.   I've logged out and back in.  Still, "more titles" is greyed out on the PC version.

Hi - Well you already tried most of the steps I would suggest. Do you have another Adobe ID you can sign in with? If so, please try these steps

  1. Quit Rush
  2. Sign out of Creative Cloud
  3. Sign in to Creative Cloud with a different Adobe ID
  4. Launch Rush > Does More Titles work?
  5. Quit Rush
  6. Sign out of Creative Cloud
  7. Sign in to Creative Cloud with your Adobe ID
  8. Launch Rush > Does More Titles work?

Most common reasons Stock does not work

  1. No internet
  2. Not signed in to Create Cloud desktop app

Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Peter ..

Thank you for the thoughtful reply.

Long story made short.  I have Stock: Rush integration now.

Long story/Solution:   I had an Adobe account through through a company that Im no longer affiliated with.  I logged nto that old Creative Cloud account and then logged out.  Then succesfully logged into to my personal account with Rush and confirmed Stock:Rush integration.
