Rush on desktop (Windows 10) shows 'Unable to Load Preview!' message when I try to add images.

It's jpegs and pngs that I have exported from Affinity Designer.

Hi

I am also experiencing this problem on my desktop. I cannot use 4k 30bps video clips imported from my iphone 11 or my DJI OM5 Gimbal (also 4k). It says "unable to load preview". I can use Rush on my phone without issues, but want to be able to use it on my PC.

I have 8mb ram, 2tb of memory and operate on windows 10.

Can you please help?

Thanks

David

Hello,

I am with the same problem, some pictures shows the message "Unload to load preview" and other pics are ok, and all of them are similar. I am using the version of Adobe Premiere Rush 2.6.0

Hi, I have exactly the same problem as "abdoncunha". I'm simply trying to add a number of JPEG images in to a project so that I can create a simple slideshow. In a folder of 56 images, all JPEGS under 9,000KB created in LRC,  only three work all the others show the "! Unable to Load Preview". I've attached two that work and two that don't. Can anyone help please?

Just a quick update, I tried converting two of the JPEGs to PNG files (the resultant files were about 9 times bigger than before e.g. a 7,288Kb JPEG became a 63,321Kb PNG file). I tried accessing those via Premiere Rush and it shows one but still has the "! Unable to Load Preview" message showing for the other? It's bizarre.
