Rush on iPhone cannot access photo library

I've been using Rush for a while now, but I recently restarted my iPhone and now Rush is showing  me the following message:

"Please allow Rush to access your photos in the IOS Settings App > Privacy > Photos".

And then I proceed to the settings page but don't have an option to allow access to the files. Please see attached screenshots.

I haven't tried restarting my phone again yet. Is this a know issue?
