Question

Rush projects not syncing to creative cloud

Adobe's offical support has been absolutely useless with helping me with this. Wasted way too much time going back and forth on chat and the phone repeating myself and getting nowhere.

The projects I have created in Adobe Rush on my iPad pro are not showing up in my creative cloud files despite showing that they are synced. I need to continue editing on my Macbook Air in either Rush or Premiere Pro but seem to have no other way of importing them from my iPad. Creative cloud shows has being synced/updated. I have tried all the usuals--quitting the apps, signing in and out, turning sync on and off--all to no avail.

Can anyone advise on a solve for this. It's urgent and sooo frustrating.

Thank you!

I have one checkpoint and one potential alternate solution for you...

Checkpoint

Make sure that you have given Rush the opportunity to COMPLETELY 100% sync on one device before attempting to open or edit on another (ESPECIALLY if you have a large number of imported videos or graphics). If you see a blue semicircle right next to your UNDO/REDO arrows, the project hasn't finished syncing and may cause issues if you try to edit too soon. Make sure you have a solid/stable internet connection before syncing. If it is ready to go, you will no longer see the blue semicircle:

Alternate Solution
On the [extremely rare] occasion that my project isn't syncing, I have been able to successfully open the same project using the Adobe Rush BETA app, and it sometimes renders a bit quicker as well. (Disclaimer: do be aware that, as with any beta development app, there is no guarantee of stability. I myself have never lost any work in beta, but I do have to send you a gentle cautionary message.)
