Rush projects out of sync when opened on PC Premiere Pro

The clips don't sync to where it has been cut on iPhone. Rather the clips restart between each cut.

Video plays out of sync with audio. 

All my projects work fine on premiere except Cloud Rush projects form iPhone 11.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that after importing the Premiere Rush project in Premiere Pro, the media files are out of sync. Am I right?

The clips don't sync to where it has been cut on iPhone. Rather the clips restart between each cut. Could you elaborate on this so that we'll able to understand it better?
