Rush renders the video but wont save it to my phone

I've just finished rendering the video but I won't save the file to my phone.

It's the first time I have this issue and I have the paid subscription.

Thanks for writing in. I see that Premiere Rush is unable to save the exported video on phone.

Which mobile device are you using?
Could you confirm if there is enough space available on the device?
