Rush stuck on "Fetching Projects"

Unfortunately, Rush (mobile) is no longer available for me because it won't pass the opening screen.

When I run the app, it just showing an endless blue rotating circle, that said "Fetching Projects" forever.

I also can't crete new project. I'm getting an Error.

Needless to say that I tried to sign in and out, re-install clear my phone cache, etc'.

On my desktop version, it works.

Rush version: 1.5.25.607

Android OS ver: 10

Model: Galaxy S9

Hi all! So sorry for the trouble the past few days. We've fixed the issue and have a new build available in the Play Store. Please update to version 1.5.25.653 - If you do not see it available, please restart your phone and check again.

Thanks for your patience!

I'm having similar problem on Premiere Rush on my iPhone.  I worked long editing a project, then clicked the home icon, and it's been stuck on rotating circle screen for a while.

The app won't allow me to click anything on it.

I have iOS 16.5.

I just left that blue circle spinning for the last 8 hours, and still no better.

I'm worried to just close Rush and relaunch it, as I'm afraid I'll lose all my work.

What do I do?

Thanks!

Uh oh! That's not ideal. Thanks for trying troubleshooting steps of your own.

Hello again.
Although the last update, I'm Still having the problem.
BUT
I have Galaxy S9 so I tried to delete the app and installed the "Premiere Rush for Samsung" and it works.
It's a few versions behind, but I can get to my projects, so it something.
App version: 1.5.26.623

Will be happy to get back to the current version and of course to the beta versions, which I'm participating in.

Itai, I have the same situation.

Do you know if the Samsung version of Rush will work with the Beta on Windows?
