Rush trying to charge me when I have full cc

Hi, so I have the full creative cloud suite on my Mac and work computer. I have Rush on my IPad and am logged in. I've created a video but when I go to share, it tells me I need to pay for a plan to do so. Why is this when I already have full Creative Cloud please?
