Rush won't show my preview screen

When opening rush I am able to preview media and add a collection to edit, but my preview screen is black when the sound of the video works,

Any fixes to see the video whilst editing ?

What type of video is it? (codec)

What did you use to shoot the video?

What are you editing it on (device)/OS?

How long is the piece of original footage?

I have the same issue. In my case I am editing two 5min clips recorded from OBS, they are MP4's on Windows 10. My video drivers are up to date, the recommendation from Support was to uninstall and re-install, or create a new user account and see if the issue persists...
