Rush works incorrectly on Samsung S21 Ultra

Hello

Option "Add graphic elements" does not work correctly. Not all elements can be applied. Some elements are like in process of uploading but don't appear. Screenshots attached.

Ruh is not officially available on Samsung S21 ultra. This might be the reason for the unavailability of a graphic panel. You can check the list of the supported device: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/user-guide.html/premiere-rush/system-requirements.ug.html

Are you serious? The most up to date and powerful Android smartphone released this year "isn't compatible" with premiere rush? 🤦🏼‍:male_sign:

I find it unacceptable that premiere rush does not work on the new galaxy s21 ultra. Doesn't your company understand the reason people buy these phones - the cameras! If paid software isn't easily and quickly made compatible with the latest technology then you should think about who you have running your company Adobe!

Same as you .I used S21 ultra , i cant install premiere rush in my phone , it is very unacceptable and disappointed and i paid Adobe very months., it make me angry .

This needs to be an absolute priority for you Adobe. You would be fired if you were a person at a company for missing the 100th deadline... get moving.

I got the link and said version not compatible of RUSH with my new S21Ultra. What can I use to edit videos on my S21

I use Power Director Pro now...it actually has more options than Rush.
It's different but when you get used to it, it's very good.
