Shoot video with S9, loaded to cloud, and trying to edit on Desktop.

Desktop shows a thumbnail with first picture from video, but when try to play video, each slide is blank. Can see it all on cell phone. Photo attached of my computer screen.

What operating system are you editing on?

Also, open one of the S9 videos you are trying to edit in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text and paste it to this forum. Once we know the specs of your S9 video and your operating system we'll be better able to advise you.

Steve, the video was imported into my laptop, with Windows 10. All my other programs have been working fine. I have attached the data from the MediaInfo evaluation.
