Switching between iPad and Windows - don’t see all my projects

Hello! I mostly work on IPad but sometimes I need to do something's in windows. I'm logged in to both versions with the same address. I have many projects on iPad, and they're all synced to the Adobe cloud, but I only see one on the PC, and I think it's the one I created on the pc originally. How do I see the rest of the projects on the pc? Thank you

If I ever had to uninstall and delete the app on the iPad, and reinstall it on a different iPad, will I lose my projects?
