Text models are not uploading from the server

I cant use the text models nor the ones animated because of a problem related to the server, 

how to skip it ?

Try signing out of Premiere Rush and signing back in.

 

In addition, go to either your Creative Cloud Mobile app or Creative Cloud Desktop app (depending on whether you're using Rusn on a mobile device or on your computer), and make sure you're signed in there too. If you are signed in, then try signing out and back in again.
