The Overlays look blurry..

I am adding overlays and Graphic texts to a video and when the video is playing the graphics look blurry. However; once I stop the video the graphics are clear.  I have checked all of the settings and I don't know why this is happening.

    Thanks for the screenshot and post. Not sure what's going on there. Perhaps a mismatch between the sequence size and the motion graphics template you are using. Are you editing a 4K sequence? Let us know more details. I hope we can help.
