Transferring customised title templates

Hi! 

I am teaching a couple of my colleagues how to use Premiere Rush and I'd like to send them some of the templates I have created under the 'Titles' section, so that they can create videos in a similar style to the ones I have created. 

Is there a way to download or find the template files on my Mac (I'm using a MacBook Pro) to send to them so they can import them?
