Unable to export to Facebook

Hi,

When trying to export my newly created video to Facebook I'm getting the following message:

 

You've previously linked Adobe Media Encoder to Facebook

Would you like to continue with your previous settings?

Button: Edit settings

Button: Continue as David Marín

 

The issue is that none of the buttons are working. I click them and they don't respond. The message box is freezed and I can't do anything, therefore I can't export directly to Facebook. Could somebody please help me? I have had this issue for weeks.

Hi David, 

 

Thanks for writing in. Sorry, you've hit this issue. The team is working to resolve this as soon as possible. For now, you need to save to the desktop and upload directly to Facebook. Probably not helpful but you can still upload directly on iOS, Android and Windows.
