Unable to load videos

For the better part of a week I have not been able to upload any videos to edit on my rush app. Same issue from my iPad and my iPhone. It stays in "preparing media" indefinitely and often starts over. I've updated the app and shut down my devices multiple times.

Thanks for your response.. I determined it had something to do with that
particular file. Once I saved it through another program it uploaded. It
originally recorded in slow mo and I speed it up to normal not sure what
that affected but it’s working ok now
