You might try downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud mobile app and signing into it. If you already have that and are signed in, try signing out and back in again.

I downloaded the https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-mobile.html and follow every step that you said, but nothings changed. The pop up massage still same like that attached picture, and sometime the apps force close. I'm editing video with 3min duration and export video full hd 1080p, and I'm using ipad pro 2021.
