Unable to see cloud services

I am a Creative Cloud subscriber, but when I attempt to create a new Rush project, I do not see my Creative Cloud files under the "Cloud" section of accounts. (The box is checked to sync to Creative Cloud.)

What do I need to do to see these, and how do I add other services, such as Dropbox or Box? Right now I only see my Google Drive account and OneDrive, which I don't want to use.
