Unwanted fast forwarding playback in Rush

Videos I playback in Rush are in fast forward, I cant take out of it either. Im honestly stuck and there seems to be no way around it

Which device are you using for Rush?
Could you share the details of media files (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Are they screen recording footage?
