upload videos from a hard drive

I used to be able to upload videos from my external hard drive. Now it won't let me. i can choosee the location and see the files but they are greyed out and you can't select them. any help or resolution would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @Streetbobx,

    That does seem odd. This seems system specific as I can see all my drives. What has changed on your system since the last time you had this function? Did you update the OS? Is the drive a new one? Let us know any other details around any system changes. I hope the community can assist.
