Video will not export - adobe media encoder - render

Hi everyone, I am unable to export my video, when I try to an error message comes up, please see the image below. 

I am using version 1.5.20 and it should be up to date.

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. I understand AME gives you an error everytime you try to export.

I would recommend you to switch the video renderer and then test the issue. https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-change-the-video-renderer-in-premiere-pro/td-p/9851383?page=1

Let us know if it brings any change.

Thanks for your reply. 

 

I failed to mention that is Adobe Premiere Rush, not Adobe Premiere Pro. Sorry!

 

How do I make the render changes to Rush? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. 

 

I am using Adobe Rush on a computer, and version 1.5.25. 

 

I changed around the export settings and the same error message came up, then I tried to make other changes to the export settings but then the program crashed. 

 

I have been going back to older versions to be able to export my videos but ideally, I want to be able to be using the most up to date program. 


I understand your point. Is your older version working fine?

Let us know. We'll need to dig deeper to troubleshoot the issue.
