Voice over issue

I'm having trouble using voice over in my premiere rush app. It gives me the count down but then it freezer. After the countdown there's usually the red recording bar that's going through and playing the video but nothing happens. I'm  able to stop the recording and but nothing appears. 

im using an iPhone 14. All systems have been updated both phone and app.

Thanks for the note, @Monika22486712tyco. I tried to reproduce the bug but could not; however, I used my iPhone XS Max, which is pretty ancient. Can you try the same on a new project? Does the same thing happen? Let me know. Sorry for the frustration.

 

Perhaps someone else with an iPhone 14 reading here can help us test the issue.

Hi @Kevin-Monahan,

I have been experiencing this same issue for over 6 months now. 
Myself and the other user have the same experience. The microphones are attached and have access to both the application and the phone itself. The counter begins, and the red symbol indicates a recording is in progress and then nothing happens. Even when trying to record without the microphones enabled, i have the same issue. The voiceover feature is not working. 

Once again this is on an Iphone 14 Pro. I have also restarted the device several times and  redownladed rush numerous times. A resolution to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
