Where do I see my Creative Cloud storage?

I downloaded premiere Rush from the Apple iOS store, for my iPad. I upgraded and paid £33.99 subscription. The plan says that it includes 100 GB Creative Cloud storage. How do I access this storage? The app says that no network connection is available even though my iPad is fully connected.

    Rush sync is no longer functional, but you can use the storage for many other things. I hope this advice helps you.
