Why my video doesn't show in the timeline

When I try to import a video files into premiere it doesnt appear in the timeline like if it never import into it
but when I import the same video again it says impossible to import.

Any idea what'is happening ?

Hi @frenchy5E89 Sorry about that! Can you please send a screenshot or recording of what's happening? Also, can you let us know what version of Rush, OS, and media type you have?

HI @petergaraway, after looking into options and trying a lot of stuff I realised that Rush doesn't take 1080I video format so after converting my videos into 720p I was allowed to use the files.
