Will a 2022 Chromebook support Adobe Rush?

I was able to download Adobe Cloud and run Photoshop Express and Lightroom successfully on my 2019 Chromebook, with the exception of Adobe Rush. It says my device isn't compatible. I'm considering upgrading to a new machine but wondering if the latest Chromebook models now support Adobe Rush for basic video editing. Thanks!

Sorry, but Premiere Rush is currently incompatible with any version of the Chrome OS.

That is stupid. I have Adobe Premiere Pro on my niMac and when I travel, I cannot even use the RUSH?
