'Add Media' Not Showing Thumbnails

Hi,

I am having an issue where I can not see the thumbnail examples for Titles, Transitional Grphics.

If I turn WiFi off, they pop up, turn WiFi on they go again. Whilst I can... kind of work like this, this isn't how I expect to work.

Is there any known fix to this?

OS: Mig Sur v11.4

Is there antivirus software running on the system? If so, can the user try to disable it?

No antivirus or firewall installed on the Mac.

I've also tried re-installing the software, and still get the same result.
