Muting and unmuting different clips within one video sequence in Premiere Rush

Hi all,

 

I am making a video that needs the first 2 mins of video material muted and the 2nd two with sound from the video. At the moment I only know how to mute the whole line or unmute the whole line which is not ideal for the puropses of my current video.
