Premiere Rush stuck at preparing media.

I'm running premiere rush on a windows 10 laptop. I'm trying to get started with tutorial and it stuck at the loading screen.

if I click cancel, it'll stuck again with the blue bar filled, and then I have to force close it.

I tried on another computer, but I got the exact same issue. i don't know how this is possible, but same issue on two laptops.

Is there something I did wrong?

    I am having the same bloodclaat problem and these people with big name not even trying to make their products better for us and I paid for mine kmft

      Try disabling the Sync with cloud before creating the project.

       

      This worked for me.

      What kind of footage are you importing? Can you confirm that your machine meets the minimum requirements for Rush? https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html

      I'm sure that my laptop meets all the requirements and I was trying to open 3 tutorial videos

      1. Which Premiere Rush version are you using? (You can check that in Help->About Premiere Rush).

      2. Your Laptop configuration?

      3. Did you minimize the app  right after you click on 'Create' button?
