Have tried things in previous post but still no luck I just purchased this and very disappointed that just 5 days into using the software Premiere Rush gets stuck Premere Pro loads just fine for now but I really like Premiere Rush to please help

Hi Joe!

We don't need to reactivate anything. We can create a new user account on your machine and launch Rush in that. Here's how: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-10-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d

Hi Kartika, I have experience the same issue with Rush not loading at all. Created a new account on my Windows 10 which has helped in the same that I can now run Rush on my new account - one question though is how can i retrieve the Rush projects I had created under my previous account? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Which OS do you have?
Is there any specific action that triggers this or, it's just randomly creating the issue?
Can you try creating a new user account to isolate the issue?
