Project Neo: objects not visible (not hidden)

New Here ,
Nov 25, 2024 Nov 25, 2024

Hi, I've changed the position of my last object by using the properties. After clicking enter, none of my objects is visible anymore. You can view them inside the navigation bar on the right handside (they are not set to "hide" or anything) but clicking on it as well as creating a new object won't show anything on the screen. Does anybody ever had this issue and knows how to deal with it? I closed and opened my browser multiple times but nothing gets shown anymore besides the green background.

Here's the link to my design: https://projectneo.adobe.com/studio/dabed067-57ca-4c52-82c2-03183e385349

Really hope I can fix this as I was already quite far with my design. Thanks for any support!!

I had this happen. What worked for me was to duplicate project.

Hey @defaulti8fi70btk7o9

1) Have you turned your computer off? silly as it seems it helps.
2) Clearing cache could also help.

Cheers

O. Nate

Hello @Mateusz Piotrowski,

Could you share more details, like if this happens with specific files, and if yes, share a link to a sample file along with screenshots of the problem, so I can better assist you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I've created big scene with a lot of elements. All of a sudden new elements stopped to appear. I have deleted some objects from the scene and new objects start to appear again but all objects that had transparency dissapeared.  For example I had transparent pill containers on a table and transpared top for the red sharps trash can. They are invisible right now. Also new elements also don't appear anymore in the scene - but are visible in the layer list.Screenshot 2025-05-06 181413.pngScreenshot 2025-05-06 181432.png

Didn't help, but I duplicated and removed some stuff and the objects reapered. So thanks for that!

I think there is a limit to the objects number in neo?

I do find adding too much Neo starts to lag.

Hi all,
I think the recent update changed the maximum number of objects that can be displayed.
For me, some objects that had rendered properly before weren't rendering in the project anymore.
When I hid the other shapes, that part rendered normally.
I tried duplicating the project, but that didn't help either.

Hello @p53d,

Could you share a link to your project here or via DM, along with a small screen recording of the problem, so I can try and replicate this on my end?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Anubhav M,

Thank you for your reply.

Here's the link to the project:
https://projectneo.adobe.com/studio/31243442-4edc-429f-b432-f792eb2e32f8

The black group is partially visible, but hiding the red or silver group makes them correct.
This project was created before SVG import was implemented, so there are a lot of shapes inside.

All groups were rendered properly when the project was created.
