I need to print out the chm file. In the meantime, I wrote the contents with robohelp 2017 and then printed them out with Microsoft HTML Help. But after upgrading this project to robohelp 2022, it won't print out. An error like the one below occurs.
ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Users\사용자\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP\testrX9Gs3\MyHelp.chm'
Failed to generate test. Check log for more details.
This route is neither my project route nor my output route. It seems to be a temporary route. How can I solve it?
Target folder is any folder to which you are trying to generate the CHM. If the problem folder is one that Adobe is using during the generation, then you will have to take that up with Support. CHMs are an old technology and there are not many users here who can help.

I have no knowledge of this specific question but could it be the non English characters?
I suggest for this one you need to go to Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
Alternatively, could you not generate a PDF output?

When you say "print out" I think you mean "generate" or "create" the CHM file, correct? Was this working before on this machine or is this the first time you've tried creating a CHM on it? Does the sample project work?

I've not changed my PC, and in the meantime, I've printed .chm in RoboHelp 2017 version. I also want to print it in RoboHelp 2022, so I upgraded it and this error happens. It works fine when I print it in Frameless.

The sample project currently works well in the robohelp 2017 version.

So generating the sample project works, but the upgraded one doesn't? That's pretty strange - I would have expected the sample to fail also if it ran into that Korean-charactered username temp location. I think you need to contact the RH folks.
You could try creating an English user on the machine and test the generating the CHM with that profile; maybe having non-English profiles is messing up the CHM generator (as Peter says, it's really antique technology).

As @Jeff_Coatsworth asked, do you mean print or generate?

That's right, what it means to print in chm is to generate from 'output' to 'Microsoft HTML Help' style.

No, print means to send something to a printer. You generate an output for online viewing and you publish to put an online output to a server.
So you are unable to generate and the error message starts ENEONT. Google that term and it confirms it is an issue with the target folder. Try another folder or take a look at what you find on Google. As I said before, I can't help wonder if it is related to the non English characters.
Beyond that, I have given you a link to Adobe Support.

The target folder path is 'D:\\', so there is no problem with Korean or special characters. There is 'C:\Users\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP\testrX9Gs3\MyHelp.chm' in the question content. This path is not my Target folder. Something seems to be the temporary folder path used to build in robohelp. But it's too dangerous to change the Korean '사용자' to english. Because that folder is a system account folder, environment paths of all other program can be twisted.
Is there any other way?
It works well in the 2017 version. The 2022 version works well to generate in pdf or frameless, but only chm generation doesn't work.

I sent an inquiry email to the support team(tcssup@adobe.com) in June, but they gave me no response. I don't know if the team even received my question.
