Using RH2020 w/ .chm file. New topic doesn't display after being mapped. I added new fields to three projects. Two worked correctly and the third does not even though it was set up the same as the other two projects.
I don't get an error message. The topic from the previous field continues to display and not the desired content from the new topic.
What do we need to do to get that content to correctly display in the right field?

I'm not getting a clear picture of what you're doing. You have RH2020 (what patch version?) and are producing CHM output - right? You've added a new topic, but it's not showing up in the output?
Maybe some screenshots of what's going on are needed - use the Insert Photos icon to add them to your reply.

Thanks for replying Jeff! I'm on 2020 8.34 with a local install of Robohelp. Yes, producerd .chm output containing a new topic. The mapping is correct in matching field numbers with map IDs and verified mapping on the .ali files. Yet, the chm is not displaying in the field. What does display are whatever .chms are selected.
Here's a screenshot of the previous field's .chm file populating the new fields help display:

Sorry, I'm still not really understanding what I'm looking at and what's going wrong. You're doing CSH and the new topic in the CHM file is not being launched by the application when called?

Thank you for your patience, Jeff! Really appreciate you. I met with Adobe help and the issue is not within Robohelp. It appears the issue is within our software. Should I close this question?
