Based on other posts here I believe the problem has now been resolved.

Hello @heikef42039300, the fix was implemented on May 31st that allows users to license and download assets again.
This means licensing, re-download and license history should be working fine for the newly licensed assets since May 31st. For assets that have already been licensed but still cannot be downloaded during the time of issue, those license are still not visible in the license history page, but you should be able to re-download them either from the serach results page or the asset details page.

If you are still seeing the issue, could you please elaborate? Are you not able to download newly licensed assets, or already licensed assets from search result page?
