Text in vector not editable as advertised.

which is file 560631064.

The description says the text will be editable, but when I view the file, the text has been outlined and is not editable.

trying to look out the file, Adobe Stoxck team has to really work on solving the issue 

of having to change region in order to be able to view items on Adobe Stock.

Try if there is any way to contact the stock item creator.

There is no way to contact stock creators, except if they add their Behance profile.

If you are located in a restricted area, you do not see the full stock collection. That is not a bug, but a feature.
