You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, ad no one here can help you get your account reactivated. Being unaware of Adobe guidelines is not a defense of your infractions. You signed the Contributor Agreement which requires you to follow all rules and guidelines.
Follow the guidance in the above post from @daniellei4510 to start the process of getting your account reviewed and reactivated.
