Hi everyone.
I am not against Adobe Stock but I feel it,s big cheating Stock website. I make so many accounts and when every i reach on withdraw point they block my account and then send reason
(Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.).
Even sending them so many emails and the most disgusting service is Customer service like agent to agent.
I wasted more than 3 years. And I feel the most disgusting website for Adobe Contributor.
I don't know who else feels like me or not.
Suggestion: Am I right or wrong?
There is no other way, except to either email Contributor Support or to use the "Contact Us" form. Using the "Contact Us" form automatically includes the details of your account so it is the preferred method but email works as well.
If you've already contacted Contributor Support, then you've done all that you can for the time being. Be patient, and they will reply within a few weeks. Watch your spam folders in your email.
The only way you can get your account reactivated is reply to the "Contact Us" link on your account page and wait for Adobe Contributor Support to reply. They will need to investigate your account and determine whether you have violated the Contributor Agreement.
@Deleted User,
Adobe makes the rules. You agreed to these Contributor Terms when you joined. Read them again.
Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following reasons:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violatio

You start by stating that you are not "against Adobe Stock", and then go on to enumerate the reasons why you hate Adobe Stock....
Obviously, if you have had your account blocked multiple times, you have been found guilty of violating the terms of the Contributor Agreement that you signed.
I have been a Contributor for 7 years now and have NEVER been blocked. You won't get many responses here agreeing with you that Adobe is "disgusting". Adobe Stock is one of the top stock agencies, and with good reason. If you can't play by Adobe's rules, it's time for you to move on and take your chances elsewhere with other stock providers.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

It's been speculated that withdrawals may trigger an account review. What reason is Adobe giving you for closing the account?
I'm sure you already know this, but all we can do here is advise you to contact Contributor Support via the link provided when you try to log in. If you've had many accounts closed already, I wouldn't attempt to create any more.
Like @Jill_C l, I've also been a contributor for many years without an issue. It doesn't seem plausible that Adobe is continuously closing the accounts of someone following the Contributor guidelines.

Customer service is for customers. You are a contributor, so you need to contact contributor support. Only contributor support can give you answers to your questions. But if you have created multiple accounts, that got blocked, you probably have not understood the terms and conditions of your contributor agreement. If you feel scammed, I suggest that you stop contributing to Adobe stock. I suppose that other stock providers would be happy to get your contributions.

4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

Good luck.

Hi @Deleted User ,
If you are creating multiple accounts and getting them suspended, it is possible that the issue of the first account is transferred to the others and that could mean you need to carefully revise all the policies, terms of use and the agreement to bring your account(s) in line with what is required. I suggest you enquire of Adobe via the "Contact us" on your contributor page the exact reason for the suspension and try to avoid it.
Best wishes
Jacquelin
