We are not Adobe. We are contributors like yourself and can be of no assistance. Your only recourse is to click on the Contact link provided to open a ticket and request details as to why your account was deactivated.

You are not being accused of a crime. Adobe de-activates accounts while they are being inspected for flawed images, IP issues, irregular sales, etc. As @daniellei4510 indicated, you will get no response from Adobe here in this forum. Contact Adobe using the link and wait for a reply. Account review can take days, or it can take weeks. The time required is unpredictable.

Well, that's pretty clear. If the majority of your sales were made via free trials, Adobe has been cheated out of revenue on your account, therefore, you will not receive any royalties for those falsely inflated sales. Your account will remain permanently closed. They do have effective means to detecting when such "irregular sales" occur, and many accounts have been terminated for such cheating schemes.

Well, creating free test accounts to inflate your sales could be fraud and fraud is a crime. I'm not saying that this was your doing, but there are means to see, if the sales came from accounts you created or managed.
It also looks, like it is a termination, so there won't be any further discussions. Sorry for that, but your Adobe stock contributor career seems to be over.

We do not know if you haven't committed a crime, but there was probably ine or the other breach of the rules. It does not need to be intentionally.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Your contributor account with Adobe Stock has been permanently terminated.
It's over. There's nothing more to say.
Try submitting to other microstock services. Good luck.
