Question

Account deactivated

Hello,

About 40 days ago, Adobe deactivated my account due to excessive similar AI content submissions. I replied, requesting them to unblock my account, and received an email stating, "Thank you for contacting us. We have received your message and your case."

I have waited for approximately 40 days now and have not received any further response from Adobe.

Any suggestions or solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

There's nothing you can do to hasten the process of investigating your account.

A better use of your time would be to pursue other interests.

Take some courses & learn new skills.

Submit original content to other royalty-free image services.

Good luck.

The solution to your problem is to avoid creating the problem. You can do nothing but wait.

You spammed Adobe Stock with AI similars. You might be out of luck at this point. It's a serious issue.
