Account doesn't exist

Can anyone help with some contact details for stock contributor support?

I keep getting emails saying I have sold an item, but the email address they are sending that message to doesn't have an account attached. I have tried to sign in on the email address that the sale notice was sent to, but it's saying the account doesn't exist.

I'm getting frustrated as I had a couple of accounts over lockdown, but cannot seem to sign in on that account. Trying to get hold of anyone in support is a complete nightmare.

You did not have a  Fotolia account?

If not, you need to contact Adobe customer care, as contributor accounts are tied to your Adobe ID, which is your e-mail address. However, if your e-mail address is a Gmail address, please note that a.b@gmail.com is the same as ab@gmail.com for Gmail, but not for Adobe.

You need to tell customer support, that you are looking for the Adobe account attached to that e-mail and if it is still active.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

For support via Twitter:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
