I wonder how adobe can make it possibile... No control on uploaded images by other people??
I asked to contributor email and contact ed adobe on website for immediate action and i get no reply. Should i start an immediate legali action? Is there a legal department of adobe to address to?

I would start here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-report-suspected-misuse-of-your-intellectual-property.html

But I'm sure others will have some recommendations as to what other steps you might take. Are ALL of these images yours? This is just wrong on so many levels.

A screenshot is enough. I would not upload my NEF files like that. You need to prove ownership, not to give your NEF files out of your hands. As I said, a different account (like with Shutterstock, or Flickr) would do too. Just avoid confusing the copyright people with your (unrelated) issue of the blocked account. That will complicate all action. From following up some messages of illicit use of third-party property, I know that normally the reaction is very fast.

Thank you very much for your replies and your time, Abambo. i am collecting nef files to give to my lawyer  because in italian court of justice the proof given by jpg file could be not enough, as you know nef file is the "original" negative of the image.

That's OK. Just give them also the JPEG files, as they very probable cannot open the NEF files easily. Your lawyer knows what to do.
